Meanwhile in Ontario, Halton County - one of the wealthiest counties in Canada - population 550 thousand - has a tally of approximately two thousand vaccines per day

Clearly, Halton County requires a more suitable comparator than Israel, which is evidently suffering from a deficit of covid vaccine enthusiasm.

We should avoid comparing Halton 2022 to Halton 2021, however.
