But VAERS data is totally different from UK or Europe data
Actually, they all show similar signals...
The VAERS database from the United States’ Center for Disease Control (CDC) is a very in-depth dataset, which allows a variety of different analyses to be made in the search for “safety signals,” i.e. signs that a vaccine may be producing unexpectedly high numbers of adverse events.
It is far from being the only vaccine safety database however. Canada has CAEFISS, the United Kingdom has Yellow Card Reporting System (I assume the name comes from soccer penalty system?), and the European Union has EudraVigilance. In general, every country maintains some form of vaccine safety database. I am most familiar with these ones however.
The most significant differences between these systems and VAERS:
Time-based data (i.e. rates of adverse effect in a given year) available in VAERS
Case reports that describe what a single individual’s adverse effect was are available in VAERS
These are hugely important features of VAERS. Nonetheless, the UK and EudraVigilance systems do provide basic data such as numbers of deaths, numbers of adverse effects by category of symptom or medical condition.
