April 4, 2023: As of March 26, 2023, overall double-booster uptake in Ontario stands at twenty-seven percent. Leading counties include Leeds-Grenville, Kingston-Frontenac, and Ottawa, whose uptake is 35-37 percent.
From the Ontario government website comes this map which shows double booster uptake. Notably, the regions with the highest rate of double-boosting have an overall population rate of twenty percent, i.e. even the most vaccine-enthusiastic regions have a small minority of double-boost recipients.
Good. The lower the uptake the better!
Hopefully the lower uptake comes from scepticism, rather than previous injury.
