Twitter is undoing permanent suspensions this week

THE UNBANNING WAVE?

In what seems to be a most peculiar coincidence, Mr. Alex Berenson submitted his lawsuit against Twitter in a California court this past week. And in a remarkable coincidence, at least three of the permanently banned Covid policy critics had their permanent suspensions overturned: Abir Ballan, Steve Kirsch, and Mark Changizi.

Twitter would probably want to make some sort of statement at this point, to clarify what “permanent” means, with regard to suspensions.

Presumably, some of the other names below will find themselves unbanned over days to come.

Worthwhile mentioning the Streisand Effect, whereby the more you try to hide a story, the more interest the story will draw. Not sure Twitter has completely thought through this whole banning strategy, in other words.

It would be a lot of fun to get these folks together to talk about their dealings with Twitter, and about post-Twitter activity.

Patrick Phillips MD Canada. Tweet regarded rapid antigen testing accuracy. On Gab. On a related matter, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario had placed restrictions on Dr. Phillips’ license, including a prohibition from prescribing fluvoxamine as early treatment. This past week, the Ontario Science Table recommended fluvoxamine as early treatment for Covid. (No word yet from CPSO as to what they will do with their restrictions in light of this detail)
