I previously reported on a dataset of emergency room visits for myocardial infarctions from a Canadian database called NACRS, and of the surprising finding that males under 19 years of age appeared to have 8 times more heart attacks than females under 19 years of age. The NACRS database is large, and showed a consistent pattern over the 20-year period that the data is available, from 2003 to 2022.
It is generally accepted that mRNA vaccines are relatively toxic to the heart, and it has been observed that young males are more susceptible than young females to myocarditis from the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines. While there is ongoing controversy as to just how frequently myocarditis occurs, and whether it is likelier to get myocarditis from covid or from the covid vaccine, there is consensus in the scientific community that myocarditis in young males is far likelier after mRNA vaccination than it should be.
Given the previous finding from NACRS that young males appear to have more heart attacks than young females, we can expect that cardiac side effects and sudden deaths from mRNA vaccines will predominantly affect young males.

MYOCARDITIS
In the first chart, we see that the sex ratio of myocarditis reports for youths 6 to 17 years of age is approximately 8:1 male:female. For young adults aged 18 to 29 years, the sex ratio is approximately 5:1 male: female. This sex ratio is quite similar to the observed sex ratio for myocardial infarctions.
ALL CARDIAC EVENTS
Looking at cardiac events more broadly (this is a crude search using keywords), we see a 4:1 sex ratio for children and adolescents, and a 2:1 ratio for young adults.
Once we get to older age groups, the sex ratio switches and female reports predominate:
DEATHS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF VACCINATION
It is reasonable to propose that many deaths within 7 days of mRNA vaccination will be related to cardiac events. We would expect to see a sex ratio skew, with more young males than females having death reports. There is a 2:1 male to female ratio seen for both age categories.
DEATH WITHIN 24 HOURS OF VACCINATION
The same 2:1 sex ratio is seen with twice as many males being reported as having died within 24 hours of vaccination with Pfizer or Moderna as females.
Males outnumber females by a 2 to 1 ratio in deaths within 24 hours, all the way up to age 50.
SUMMARY
VAERS data shows a skewed sex ratio of reports for covid vaccines for myocarditis, cardiac events, and deaths within 24 hours of vaccination, between males and females, with the ratio of male to female cases being 2:1 in most cases, but rising to 8:1 in myocarditis for children and adolescents.
We may reasonably hypothesize that male gender and age less than 50 is a high risk category for cardiac adverse events with covid vaccines.
