In pursuit of the answer to the naive question “is there a pill for curiosity?” I have made the obvious link between Quora as a question-based form of social media and curiosity.
Which gets to the question of “which social media site is most suited to open dialogue?”
Which might be another way of expressing “freedom of speech.”
I am almost completely unfamiliar with Quora, but recall that Jordan Peterson formulated his bestselling 12 Rules for Life based on his interactions there.
In terms of audience size, Quora (504M visits/month) is roughly 10% the size of Twitter (4.4 billion visits/month), and approx. ten times as large as Substack (3.3M visits/month):
So, the next step is to start out on Quora, and see what that platform’s tolerance for unpalatable ideas, i.e. Covid Vaccines, might be.
