Here is an “in memoriam” to emergency physician Paul Hannam of Toronto, who I had the good fortune to meet a few years ago at an ultrasound conference. It is in many places a beautifully written piece which conveys the generosity and devotion of Dr Hannam. It is mentioned that he generously donated his organs.
However, from a journalistic standpoint, it leaves a glaring omission: how did he die?
This is the second recent report of an Ontario physician-athlete’s death in the month of July 2022 that pivoted from “died suddenly” to “generously donated their organs” without addressing the question of how did they die?
Since the vax free aren't eligible for those generously donated organs, an open discussion of how he died might have been problematic.

Anything that would be detrimental to the narrative that everybody get jabbed - and they're safe and effective.
