Anything that would be detrimental to the narrative that everybody get jabbed - and they're safe and effective. I am curious how a sudden death could occur in a way that allows for organ donation. I was under the impression organs needed to still have blood flow to them when removing them in order to be donated? (Or is this a TV show rumor?)
Since the vax free aren't eligible for those generously donated organs, an open discussion of how he died might have been problematic.

Shall we note that of the donated organs, her heart was not on the list?
It was curious. In Dr Hannam's case, it was mentioned that his heart *valves* were used.
Presumably similar articles that pivot from sudden death to organ donation - an whisk right on by autopsy without a mention - can be found
