Are we seeing that, though? I would take the ratio of young (under 70) to medium plus old as a good indicator - that would take into account, for example, the in memoriam becoming more popular over time. This doesn't seem to show much of an increase.
On the other hand, the 2022 values only go up to March, so a lot of the recent physician deaths don't show.
