Do you have the graph for (I assume females) for 2020/2021 ?

Not certain I’m getting out of the graph what you had intended without the one showing results for both sexes.

Glad you asked the question.

The graphs show the ratio of male to female deaths. When death rates are equal, the ratio will be 1.0. When male deaths are more frequent than female deaths, the ratio will be greater than 1. When female deaths are more frequent than male deaths, the ratio will be less than 1. What Canadian data shows is that males die at a greater rate than females starting from birth - although in a much greater extent during young adulthood.

The reason I pursued this was to have some context around the male/female deaths in VAERS - I had wrongly assumed that under ordinary circumstances, men and women die at the same rate.
