Dear Jean Marc - Although just one anecdotal account, I would be happy to share my pre and post vax story with you.

I am late 40's, very fit, and an avid mountain biker. I wear an Apple watch while biking, which tracks distance, HR, etc. 1 week post-vax my heart rate was a full 20 bpm above my averages for the same rides. I had been experiencing shortness of breath and a feeling like I was "out of air", but would not have given it too much thought without the smart watch data. I showed it to a cardiologist who is a client of mine, and he just about hit the floor. He also said they had been fielding a large number of calls/complaints with similar issues from athletic patients. No surprise, but people who track their performance are more sensitive to deviations form the norm.

I had to take 2+ months off of intense exercise. My family doc refused to answer any questions intelligently once I told her that I felt the issue had to be related to the mRNA shot.

It is very unfortunate that these matters are not taking a more prominent position in the discussion around teh continued "jabbing" of healthy people.

P.S. On Covid - I had it in the late spring of 2020. Felt like a mild cold that lasted 3 days. Nothing to be concerned with for me...

The vaccine/heart issue was identified pretty early on when they were first rolled out, and it would be really interesting to know the scuttlebutt from within the professional endurance athletics community. It is an intense group - everyone knows how to take a pulse, what their resting heartrate is, and some even know their VO2max. There has been such an amazing wall of silence from the athletics community on this. Then again, consider the wall of silence from that community on such matters as anabolic steroids, erythropoeitin, and such -- where they maintain silence for decades.

Great point - this is the community that knows the real truth. It's flabbergasting how easily they have made the topic so taboo that they will suffer in silence (and many are living in fear of the future even if they feel ok).

I know of several very fit people who have been damaged - and it took them a long time to even begin to consider it could have been the injection. I'm a nobody, but I'm not silent on this topic and have scraped out many stories from people who have been affected.

I know many ordinary folk who have had persistent and worrying elevated heart rates, which can also appear randomly during no special activity. These are the people who have the least issues with the vaks, many are far worse with neurological damage, or dead.

Looking at heart related complications is certainly easier than tackling the neurological issues. Degrees of tragedy.
